Right-To-Know Policy

DRIVE’s Right-To-Know Policy governs the procedures DRIVE follows to protect the rights of the public to inspect and obtain copies of public records in compliance with 65 P.S. § 67.101 et seq., Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Act, commonly known as the “Open Records Law.” The detailed policy can be found at the link above.

Written requests for access to public records should be submitted using the Right-To-Know Request Form or in a letter addressed to the Right-to-Know Officer. The letter must include the requester’s name, address, and email. Please note that incomplete requests may be denied and will need to be resubmitted.
