DRIVE: Central Pennsylvania's Voice in Economic Development

The DRIVE mission is to create and retain family-sustaining jobs through one vision, for five counties in central Pennsylvania: Columbia, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, and Union. DRIVE was formed as a council of governments to serve as a regional spokesperson on economic development, a project management group, and a single point of contact for businesses looking to locate or expand within the Susquehanna Valley.

We facilitate new business development and expansion of current industry, by collaborating with state and local partners, and supporting workforce development and educational programs in the area. The DRIVE board of directors provides a forum for communication and coordination of economic development activity.
