DRIVE and Focus Central PA are looking for a strategic fundraiser and relationship-builder to join our leadership team as Director of Fund Development & Strategic Partnerships.

This full-time leadership role will build and manage a comprehensive fundraising program — cultivating corporate, foundation, government, and individual investors, developing sponsorships, and strengthening strategic partnerships across the region. The Director will work closely with the Boards of both organizations to diversify revenue and support long-term sustainability for the work we do together.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of securing sponsorships, grants, or philanthropic investment, along with a genuine passion for the future of our region.
