LEWISBURG — A New York City commercial real estate and investment firm intends to purchase the final property at Great Stream Commons in Allenwood for $2.7 million.
The Union County commissioners at Tuesday’s public meeting approved a letter of intent from KSR Capital to purchase a 37-acre lot at the Great Stream Commons in Gregg Township near Allenwood. KSR Capital intends to develop the property as a data center as the seventh tenant of the business park.
“We have an offer for the last existing lot at Great Stream Commons,” Commissioner Chair Preston Boop said. “It’s the intent of the investor to purchase that. It’s not a sales agreement. It’s just a letter of intent. The sales agreement will come later.”
KSR Capital has successfully closed over $1.3 billion worth of transactions in the major real estate markets. In 2023, total square footage leased was over 1.5 million, with $735 million in aggregate rents and over $600 million in aggregate sales, according to the company’s website.
